The Fellowship programme provides you with a multitude of new knowledge, skills and competences. The primary learning goals are listed here.

Need Discovery:

  • The fellow has developed and can apply a need-driven approach and mindset when working with innovation in healthcare.

Idea Generation

  • The fellow can come up with ideas, test them with stakeholders, iterate and adjust based on conclusions herefrom.

Concept Validation and Development

  • After the program the fellow has developed a mindset and approach for iterative and assumption-driven test and validation of ideas to achieve problem-solution fit.

Implementation, Discovery, Business Strategy and Planning

  • The fellow can build sustainable helathcare solutions with a strategival business concept, that creates value and takes into account market dynamics, stakeholder ecosystems, intellectual property, funding pathways, and regulatory considerations.

Overall

  • After the programme, the fellow has a deep system-level understanding of healthcare ecosystems with a particular focus on the Danish health-system and can critically assess how innovative technologies, including digital and data-driven solutions, create value for patients, providers, and the system as a whole.
  • After the program, the fellow can apply their entrepreneurial mindset to create and drive forward innovation in healthcare.
